  1. In a saucepan, fill it up to 2/3 full with 2 tbsp water and bring it to a boil. Add the 2 packs ramen noodles and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, following the instructions on the package.

  2. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold 2 tbsp water. Set aside. This step helps to create a chewy texture.
  3. Prepare the sesame dressing by combining 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar, 2 tbsp sesame paste, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 2 tbsp lukewarm water in a bowl and stirring continuously until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Transfer the noodles to a shallow plate, then arrange 1 tomato slices, ½ julienned cucumber, and 6 slices ham on top. Finally, drizzle the 2 tbsp sesame dressing generously over the noodles and toppings. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds and serve immediately.
